Ongoing training of key staff is essential for any global organisation which hopes to maintain its competitive edge and to ensure productivity.
The Fundamentals Training Centre views the development of leadership and management skills as crucial and has therefore developed specialised training programmes to meet the needs of managers and supervisors at all levels.
Our courses are designed to meet the needs of the individual with a strong focus on personal attention from our qualified and friendly staff. We pay careful attention to clients who have English as a Foreign Language and customise the programmes to incorporate these needs. With these language needs in mind, we have carefully designed and selected our materials to ensure maximum learning on all programmes.
We believe that we have only reached our goals for our training programmes once our clients are back in the workplace and are effectively using techniques acquired during their training with us.
English Training
Most of our leadership and management training programmes can include modules in Business English if requested. These modules include effective business communication skills such as writing and speaking. Should a basic General English course be required before attending a leadership and management course, we can recommend a leading English school where our clients will be able to get up to a 30% discount on English courses if booked with any of The Fundamentals Training Centre's programmes.
Accreditation
The Fundamentals Training Centre is fully accredited by the Education, Training and Development Practices (ETDP) SETA which advocates high quality life-long learning and is committed to the alleviation of unemployment and poverty.

We teach Leadership and Management programmes to all levels of corporates, government and communities. We have extensive experience across all these sectors with a large client base. One of our main areas of expertise lies within the oil industry where we have serviced and understand the needs of large corporations.

We also cater for our clients' needs outside of the training programmes by offering superb accommodation options. These range from top class hotels to B&Bs. We also arrange self-catering accommodation if requested. The accommodation establishments are all within close travelling distance to our centre. A shuttle service can also be arranged if needed.
Networking and Socialising
All our programmes include visits to organisations of interest to our clients. Here they have an opportunity to network and experience South African companies first hand. We also arrange tours and visits to places of interest for sightseeing. A full itinerary can be arranged to ensure a perfect balance between work and relaxation.
