Managers can sometimes find themselves in a position where there is an expectation to lead and manage people without having had the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to effectively implement the process. This course aims to assist the development of the skills required of a mentor in the workplace. As such it deals with aspects such as the selection of mentors and mentees as well as the design of a mentorship programme.
